Delivery Policy
1. How to Place Orders
- You select the products and add them to your cart.
- You view the cart and press Complete Order.
- You carefully fill in your personal details.
- You select one of the payment methods.
- You press Place Order.
After completing the order, you will receive an information message at the email address provided. The message contains the details of your order and information regarding order cancellation.
If you do not receive the order confirmation message, please check the
Spam folder of your email inbox.
2. Payment Methods
When finalizing the order, you have the option to choose one of the three payment methods below:
Online, via Debit or Credit Card
Online card payments are processed using the
Netopia services, one of the most widely used online payment platforms in Romania. We guarantee the highest level of security and confidentiality for your payments.
Accepted Cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.
Important: No additional fees are charged for card transactions.
NIDOR CARE SRL does not request or store any details related to your card.
Payment via Bank Transfer
This is done based on the proforma invoice issued by
NIDOR CARE SRL. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided.
Please send the payment confirmation via email to
contact@nidorcare.ro, specifying the order number.
Cash on Delivery
The order amount is paid to the courier agent upon receiving the package.
The cash-on-delivery amount will be the one communicated to you when placing the order and will match the amount stated on the invoice accompanying the goods (either at the time of receipt or later via email).
3. Delivery Methods
Your order will be delivered using the services of a professional express courier company.
Delivery Time:
- Orders received Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM will be delivered within a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 working days, depending on the final destination.
Transport Fee: The shipping cost is included in the final price displayed on the product page. Delivery is made to the front of the building/house.
4. About Products and Services
Users expressly agree that the use of this website and the purchase of related products or services is at
their own risk.
The images published on the site are for illustrative purposes, and the delivered products may slightly differ in color from the images shown.
Warranty Policy
In accordance with
Law 449/2003, products sold by
NIDOR CARE SRL through the website
nidorcare.ro come with a warranty period of:
- 24 months for individuals.
- 12 months for legal entities.
Each product covered by a warranty will be accompanied by a warranty certificate, and the warranty period begins on the date the product is received.
Important: Customers are required to keep the warranty certificate along with the invoice. Without these, the warranty right is forfeited.
The customer must inform the seller in advance of any issues, after which products deemed defective will be returned by the customer to the address specified on the
Contact page, accompanied by the original invoice and warranty certificate.
Return Costs: The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
