Refund and Return Policy

I. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legal provisions, any customer has the right to notify in writing their withdrawal from the received order, without stating a reason, without penalties, and without incurring any other liabilities. For dietary supplement products, this notification can be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package.

II. Return Conditions for Nutricosmetic Supplements

  • Dietary supplements and nutricosmetic products must be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the package.
  • To qualify for a return, the products must be in the same condition as they were shipped, meaning fully packaged, sealed, and unaltered.
  • If the packaging has been opened or unsealed, the value of the products will not be refunded.

III. Refund Procedure

  • If the returned products fully meet the shipping conditions, the invoiced amount will be refunded, minus the round-trip transportation costs.
  • The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days from the receipt of the return, via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.
  • To process the return and refund the owed amount, the following information must be provided:
    • First and last name
    • IBAN account number
    • Returned order number
  • Please send this information to the email address: contact@nidorcare.ro.
  • The payment method used to complete the order (cash on delivery or card payment) does not affect the refund procedure.

IV. Voucher Returns

  • Vouchers ordered through the website nidorcare.ro can be returned within a maximum of 14 business days, provided they have not been used to schedule any therapy.
  • Returns are not accepted for vouchers with an expired validity period.
  • No additional fees will be charged for returning a voucher.
  • To return a voucher, please contact us at contact@nidorcare.ro, specifying “Voucher Return” in the subject line of the message.
  • The paid amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made, within a maximum of 10 business days.

V. Products and Services Excluded from the Right of Return

The right of return does not apply in the following situations:
  • Service provision contracts, after the services have been fully performed, if their execution began with the customer’s prior express consent, and the customer was informed that they would lose their right of withdrawal upon completion of the service.
  • Supply of products and/or services whose price is influenced by fluctuations in the financial market, events beyond the seller’s control during the withdrawal period.
  • Custom-made products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Products prone to rapid deterioration or with a short expiration date.
  • Sealed products that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after the packaging has been unsealed by the customer.
  • Products that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if its provision began with the customer’s prior express consent, and the customer was informed that they would lose their right of withdrawal.
