Theta Healing

Discover the power of Theta Healing therapy

Theta Healing is a spiritual personal development and holistic healing technique created by Vianna Stibal in the 1990s. It combines meditation, visualization techniques and energetic principles to help identify and change limiting beliefs and negative emotions.

What is Theta Healing?

The principles of Theta Healing are based on several essential concepts:

  • Connection with universal energy, with the divine. Everything is energy. There is a divine/universal source from which we can access information to create positive change.
  • Theta State: This is a specific brain frequency associated with deep sleep or deep meditation that facilitates access to the subconscious. Practitioners enter this state through meditation, allowing them to explore and change limiting beliefs.
  • Beliefs and Emotions: Theta Healing focuses on identifying and transforming negative or limiting beliefs that may affect health and overall well-being.
  • Manifestation: The practice includes techniques for manifesting desires, teaching participants how to create their reality through intention and positive thinking.
  • Continuous Learning: Theta Healing promotes self-discovery and personal development, encouraging participants to become more self-aware and improve their lives.

These principles interconnect to help create a more fulfilling and healthier life.

How does Theta Healing work?

A Theta Healing session typically unfolds in several structured steps:

Initial Meeting: The practitioner discusses with the client their goals and specific issues they wish to address. This conversation helps set the intention for the session.

Identifying Beliefs: The practitioner uses various techniques to help the client identify limiting beliefs or emotional blockages related to the discussed issues.

Transforming Beliefs: Once negative beliefs are identified, the practitioner assists the client in changing them through specific “rewriting” techniques, drawing upon universal energy.

Verification and Validation: The practitioner may check whether the changes have taken place using various methods, such as muscle testing.

Guidance and Learning: At the end of the session, lessons learned and the next steps the client can take to support their personal growth are discussed.

Closing the Session: The practitioner concludes the session, often providing the client with recommendations or exercises to continue the healing process.

A session usually lasts between 60 and 80 minutes, and experiences may vary depending on the individual needs of the client.
